Where we ship from

All ClipSteel orders ship from our warehouse in Bastrop, Texas, USA. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 2–6 business days after shipping, depending on your location and carrier. Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Orders on TikTok Shop and Amazon

If you bought ClipSteel on TikTok Shop or Amazon, shipping, returns and refunds for that order are handled through that platform and follow its policies. Start a return from your order page in the app. Our team still answers any question at clipsteelcollab@gmail.com.

Returns

• You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.
• The item should be in its original condition with all parts (card holder, money clip, screws, box).
• Wrong, damaged or defective items: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and check the item, usually within 3–5 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show it.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
